EASY TO INSTALL
Thanks to its configuration, transport and installation are extremely easy, even in settings with limited space. The compact design avoids oversized transport by road, simplifying logistics and reducing costs, while the special frame facilitates loading and unloading. Installation is equally simple and quick: the machines are supplied pre-assembled, mounted on roll-off boxes and, in the case of the Flex Mobile 1000, with integrated pistons that facilitate lifting and positioning, guaranteeing full plant operation in just a few steps.

OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY
Equipped with a patented cradle, Flex Mobile mills allow processing configurations to be changed in less than 20 minutes. This ensures high adaptability to different types of scrap, from small transformers and electric motors to WEEE, shredded aluminium, tin cans, and mixed iron-plastic materials.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE
Available in models from 90 kW to 315 kW, the series can process between 3.5 and 15 ton/h. Every component is designed for efficiency, providing energy savings of 22% to 62% compared to market standards. This directly reduces operating costs and enhances sustainability.

EASY MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The design ensures full access to the grinding chamber, making inspection, greasing and replacement of wear parts straightforward. Maintenance on the cradle, rotor, grids, hammers and armours is simple and intuitive, requiring no special tools or advanced skills, while reducing downtime and operators involved.
