DESIGNED FOR COMPLEX SCRAP
The Kraken series is engineered for shredding complex scrap such as whole cars and car bales, even complete with engines and mechanical components, as well as aluminium profiles, ferrous scrap, mixed and bulky materials. The shredding chamber and shaft configuration enable continuous and accurate processing of large volumes, maximising performance.

Kraken guarantees high output levels when treating complex scrap. Its shredding logic, combined with a solid mechanical structure, allows large loads to be processed without interruption. Perfectly integrated with Panizzolo hammer mills, particularly the Mega models, Kraken enhances the overall efficiency and performance of the entire plant.

ADVANCED SHAFT TECHNOLOGY
At the core of Kraken pre-shredders are the in-house designed gear shafts, a distinctive feature of the series. Their configuration ensures precise and effective tearing, capable of reducing even bulky or compact scrap in a single step.

Its shredding logic acts directly on critical components such as cylinders or tanks, tearing them apart and releasing residual gas or flammable liquids.
