Filter testing

IFTS can perform :

• integrity test (bubble point),

• hydraulic and mechanical characteristics (permeability, cyclical flow fatigue, pressure losses, burst and collapse pressure…),

• separation performance measurement (efficiency, dirt holding capacity, filtration degree, bacterial retention, water separation…),

• characterization of membranes (pore size distribution, mean pore diameter, permeability to water and solvents, bubble or droplet point, surface potential and tension, cut-off threshold, separation effectiveness) and granular media (particle size distribution, bulk density, Mohs hardness, friability, attrition)
