The global manufacturing system is broken. It's rigid, taxed, and unsustainable, creating an "agility tax" that stifles innovation for hardware SMEs. 120ft Factory was founded to fix this. Our mission is to start the new western industrial revolution by building the "AWS for Assembly". We build and operate a network of autonomous, local micro-factories housed in simple shipping containers, all powered by Physical AI. We turn low-volume assembly from a massive capital expense into a simple, on-demand utility. Our full-stack solution is built on three core pillars: Autonomous Micro-factories: Scalable, deployable factory cells powered by a new generation of wheeled humanoid robots. Physical AI & Robotics: A proprietary "Factory OS" that allows our robots to learn new assembly tasks at the speed of software. Digital Twin First: We validate and optimize every workflow in world models before a single physical part is moved, collapsing risk and development time. We are currently raising our pre-seed round to build our first physical factory cell and onboard our initial pilot customers (LOIs secured).

About me

Proven Hardware Founder & Operator

Martin is a repeat founder and hardtech investor with over a decade of experience building hardware companies from 0-to-1. His track record is built on turning complex product visions into successful, global businesses.

  • Transparent: Co-founded and led as CEO for over ten years, building five successful modular product platforms that continues to grow in sales. Now serves as an active board member.

  • People People: Founded a boutique design firm that helped establish the lean hardware movement in Stockholm, leading to a successful acquisition by EY (Doberman).

Deep Technical Foundation & Robotics Leadership

While known for consumer electronics, his foundation is deeply technical and has been converging towards robotics for years. He is a recognized leader who consistently bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds.

  • Community Leadership: Hosted the European Humanoid Robotics Summit, bringing together the global leaders of the industry.

  • Technical Credentials: Holds a degree in Virtual Reality Engineering and is an NVIDIA-Certified Professional for OpenUSD Development.

  • Passion: Spends his personal time coaching a Lego League robotics team, fostering the next generation of builders.

The New Mission: 120ft Factory

His first-hand experience building a global hardware brand revealed the single biggest bottleneck holding back innovation: the rigid, taxed, and globalised assembly system.

He has now founded 120ft Factory to solve this problem.

The mission is to start the new western industrial revolution by building the "AWS for Assembly": a network of autonomous, local micro-factories powered by Physical AI.

Seeking partners and investors to build the autonomous, local infrastructure for the next generation of hardware creators.
