Antibacterial protein specificaly targetting Cutibacterium acnes

We have cloned, expressed, and purified a bacteriophage-derived protein specifically targeting Cutibacterium acnes. The purified protein exhibits nanomolar-range MICs and remains stable in solution for at least two years. We have also developed a cosmetic formulation suitable for skin treatment. We are seeking partners to co-develop a cosmetic product or medical device aimed at reducing C. acnes colonization on acne-affected skin.
