Recombinant protein expression

We have many years of experience in recombinant protein production using the Nicotiana benthamiana transient expression system, as well as the inducible expression system in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. For bacterial expression, in addition to conventional E. coli systems, we also use a cumate-inducible expression system that is compatible with both E. coli and Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Through extensive work with toxic proteins, we have developed numerous strategies to overcome the toxicity of recombinant proteins to the host.
