RePlastic Recycle (RPR) is an environmental infrastructure company headquartered in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, deploying the Plastic Intelligence Platform™ -- AI-enabled, containerized systems that sort, process, and manufacture recycled plastic into construction materials, on-island. Operating on a Recycling-as-a-Service model, RPR is designed from the ground up for Small Island Developing States: no massive capital outlays, no shipping waste to distant facilities, no dependence on outside expertise.
