The Plastic Intelligence Platform™ (PIP) is RPR's proprietary containerized recycling and manufacturing system, It is purpose-built for Small Island Developing States and remote communities where conventional waste infrastructure has never arrived and never will.

Our PIP deploys in two containers: the first uses AI-enabled sorting and baling technology to process mixed plastic waste streams; the second manufactures sorted material into CrossLock Blocks™ , interlocking construction blocks, dimensional lumber and roofing tiles that replace imported building materials with locally made, locally owned product. The system operates on a Recycling-as-a-Service model, meaning island governments and communities access full infrastructure without large capital expenditure. Revenue from manufactured materials stays on-island.

The USVI pilot is live and producing. RPR is actively seeking deployment across the SIDS and developing locations while seeking island government partners, development finance institutions, and impact investors ready to move from commitment to action.
