Dr. Kate McKenzei and I, in collaboration with the Edge Foundation and the support of Island Innovation, are committed to develop a long term project connecting teenagers within their island territory and beyond. That's why, we're ready to join forces and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams/educators around the glove, in order to learn from each other and expand the concept in all the ecosystems, creating more opportunities for our future generations.

Radio Galaxies Epitome (RG3) = Message in a bottle

A radio galaxy is the astrophysical phenomenon that describes a galaxy we can hear but cannot see. Our team has noticed the similarity between this phenomenon and rural areas—places we know about but don't see in detail what's happening within their ecosystems and social development.

We believe in empowering young people located in rural areas, towns and cities, to find and build pathways to fulfilled life. Bringing together community, public institutions, governments, and others to create productive channels of mutual respect and support; empowering community action and economic growth and climate resilience through connection to the natural world.

The mission is to create economically stable and climate resilient localized approaches that are led by young people, including deep engagement and support by their community, and collaboration with government/public services/institutions.
