I work with leaders and teams navigating complex sustainability transitions—where strategy alone is not enough, and how you lead is as critical as what you do. My approach combines high-level leadership coaching with systems-based sustainability strategy, supporting clients to move with clarity, coherence, and impact.

This work creates the conditions for aligned decision-making, resilient leadership, and meaningful progress in the face of uncertainty. Whether working one-on-one or with leadership teams, I help translate complexity into grounded, strategic action that is both ambitious and implementable.

I offer a range of tailored engagements, including private coaching, leadership workshops, and immersive programs—such as a 5-week leadership journey that integrates deep strategic work with an in-person retreat experience. Each format is designed to build both the inner capacity and external capability required to lead regenerative systems.

Alongside this, my work in Restorative Ocean Communities serves as a living example of these principles in practice—developing regenerative, place-based solutions that connect ecosystems, livelihoods, and culture. While I work across sectors, this grounded application informs all of my work, ensuring strategy remains tangible, actionable, and rooted in real-world complexity.
