About

We convene and facilitate targeted stakeholder alignment sessions for priority initiatives in island and coastal contexts.

These are in-country, structured engagements designed to bring together key actors, including government stakeholders, delivery partners, and relevant organisations, around a defined initiative.

The focus is on moving beyond discussion to alignment, ensuring that roles, priorities, and next steps are clearly defined across stakeholders.

Each engagement is built around a live initiative and produces practical outputs, including shared understanding of the project, clarified stakeholder roles, and a defined set of next actions required to move forward.

This is particularly valuable where progress is constrained by fragmentation between institutions, partners, and delivery actors.

Engagement is suited to organisations with an active initiative and the ability to convene relevant stakeholders.

If you are advancing a project that requires stronger coordination and alignment across actors, we can explore fit following GSIS.
