Consortium Partners for Island Initiatives

We are identifying organisations to participate in structured, multi-partner opportunities around priority initiatives in island and coastal contexts.

This includes opportunities aligned with European funding programmes, as well as other international and regional pathways relevant to outermost regions and island territories.

The focus is on areas where progress depends on coordination between governments, delivery partners, and organisations with relevant expertise, and where there is a credible pathway toward funding but a need for stronger alignment between actors.

Our role is to support this alignment by connecting initiatives, partners, and capabilities to help shape credible, multi-partner initiatives with a clear pathway to delivery.

We do not act as consortium leads or proposal writers. Instead, we focus on ensuring that the right actors are aligned and positioned effectively around defined opportunities.

Our role may also extend to contributing to specific components within consortium structures, particularly in areas such as dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and coordination, where alignment across partners is critical to project success. This is most relevant for organisations with implementation experience, technical expertise, or an active role in island-focused initiatives.
