Vivatra d.o.o. is a an R&D company based in Belgrade, Serbia, working with food manufacturers and SMEs across product development, clean label reformulation, and circular ingredient technology. We develop food products from concept to industrial trial, with active client work across fruit preparations, dairy, sauces, and dry products. Our research collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade covers predictive shelf life modelling and circular technology. Our key enabler is PDE (Product Design Engine), an AI-assisted platform that generates complete product design specifications from a single product brief, including recipe, process instructions, physicochemical parameters, shelf life, nutrition, labelling, and regulatory compliance. First client operational. We are targeting Eurostars 2026 to develop the next stage of PDE: validated circular ingredient intelligence linking agri-food side stream composition to functional performance in real food systems.
