Founded in 2022 with the aim of offering high value-added services for companies and start-ups with a global vocation and to help companies approach the opportunities offered by the exploitation of research and innovation projects. The company is also specializing in assisting local authorities and regions in the design of policies to support the creation of ecosystems that foster contact between the Space and non-Space worlds. Backed by the staff's combined 30 years of experience in areas such as technology transfer, innovation projects, and institutional communication the strategic advisory activity so far has focused on the accompaniment and growth of companies in Europe (Cyprus, Italy) and the United States and their accreditation with the main stakeholders in the Space sector (e.g., ESA, ASI, EUSPA, European Commission, NASA, etc.) but also in new areas such as HPC, AI, Big Data. Darwix's competencies are also expanding and turning to Open Innovation services such as working with investment funds for technology scouting, start-ups and fundraising, education. Darwix is in the process of launching initiatives in the robotic surgery and digital health (both to be announced by Q4 2026) and looking for partners, co-funding and research centers.
