Process Architecture (BPMN 2.0): Translating complex laboratory and clinical workflows into transparent, "Swimlane"-based process landscapes to ensure 100% clarity in responsibilities and decision-making. Governance & Quality Control: Establishing decision-making frameworks that meet the high compliance and quality standards required in chemistry and manufacturing. Alignment with Eureka & International Cooperation: Marbach Strategy is a dedicated enabler for international research and innovation (R&I) consortia. Most digital transformations don’t fail because of the technology—they fail because the underlying operational foundation is unstable. As an Operations Architect, I specialize in Implementation Readiness, ensuring that ERP, CRM, and AI initiatives are built on a rock-solid process logic. For SMEs I have created fixed price sprint packages, to reach Implementation Readiness in a agreed time frame.

With a background that spans from hands-on craftsmanship to strategic leadership (Harvard Business School certified), I bring a unique perspective to complex projects. I don’t just consult; I deconstruct. I identify "margin eaters" and structural inefficiencies through Deep Re-Engineering to clear the path for sustainable scaling.
