CORDION is a consulting and innovation company based in Zagreb, Croatia, specialised in supporting businesses and public institutions in the development and implementation of research, innovation and investment projects. The company provides integrated support in strategic planning, project development and access to EU and international funding programmes. With extensive experience in EU structural funds and innovation programmes, CORDION supports organisations in securing funding for R&D, digital transformation, green transition and business development initiatives. The company works with both private and public sector clients, offering a “turnkey” approach that covers the entire project lifecycle – from project concept development and eligibility assessment to proposal preparation, implementation and reporting. In addition to advisory services, CORDION is actively engaged in research and innovation activities. The company is currently developing its own innovation MindfulAlert, an AI-based solution designed to identify early behavioural indicators of entrepreneurial burnout and support healthier and more sustainable leadership and decision-making. CORDION is also engaged in strengthening the innovation ecosystem and is a co-founder of Green HQ – Knowledge Hub, an initiative focused on supporting organisations in the green and digital transition. The company is open to international partnerships and collaboration within R&D and innovation programmes such as EUREKA, Eurostars and Horizon Europe, but also to strategic partnerships with organizations and research teams interested in jointly advancing the development, validation and commercialization of the MindfulAlert innovation, particularly partners with expertise in AI and machine learning, digital health, wearable technologies, behavioural sciences, and access to advanced research infrastructure and health-tech product development experience.
