My organisation
Minysa Sàrl is a Swiss deep-tech semiconductor company based in Neuchâtel. We design and industrialize gallium nitride (GaN) power integrated circuits (ASICs) and compact, application-ready power modules. Our core focus is ultra-fast GaN gate drivers and power-control ICs integrating protection, sensing, and monitoring to reduce design risk and speed up development cycles. We initially target space power electronics (motor-drive and DC/DC subsystems) with a European supply chain, and we scale the same platform to robotics, drones, data centers, automotive, e-mobility and renewable energy. We work with OEMs, subsystem suppliers and engineering teams looking to build smaller, cooler, more efficient and reliable power systems with faster time-to-market.
About me
I’m Salem Abid, Founder & CEO of Minysa Sàrl, a Swiss deep-tech semiconductor company based at Microcity (Neuchâtel). We design and industrialize GaN power integrated circuits especially ultra-fast gate drivers and power-control ASICs with integrated protection, sensing and monitoring and package them into compact, application-ready modules. Our initial focus is space power electronics (motor-drives and DC/DC subsystems), with a roadmap to robotics, drones, data centers, e-mobility and renewable energy.
