ROSIDS is a Switzerland-based regenerative land development startup transforming abandoned, vacant, and degraded land into climate-resilient, nature-positive, and economically viable landscapes. We work with municipalities, landowners, farmers, and strategic partners to redesign undervalued land into productive green infrastructure through nature-based design, soil regeneration practices, and advanced land-use technologies. Our approach shifts land management away from repetitive maintenance costs and low productivity toward long-term ecological and financial value creation. By integrating ecology, intelligent systems, and market-driven models, ROSIDS delivers measurable outcomes including biodiversity uplift, reduced land maintenance costs, and new revenue opportunities from productive landscapes. Our mission is to position green infrastructure not as a cost center, but as a regenerative asset supporting resilient land use, cities, investors, and communities.
I am an impact entrepreneur with roots in farming and a strong academic background in Agricultural Chemistry, now focused on Urban Green Infrastructure (UGI). Drawing from my family’s farming heritage and hands-on experience in grassroots community development, I apply science, design, and entrepreneurship to reimagine how idle urban land can be transformed into climate-resilient, nature-positive assets.
As a government scholar, I contributed to the long-term comprehensive development plan of my hometown, gaining early exposure to the complexities of land use planning, local governance, and community needs. I later worked with over 400 farmers across 28 organizations, where I directly encountered the structural challenges facing vulnerable agricultural communities. These experiences laid the foundation for ROSIDS, my venture in regenerative landscaping and land development.
Through the Innosuisse Startup Training Programs in Business Creation (Engineering, Social Sciences and Business Management, Energy and Environment), I strengthened my entrepreneurial skill set and developed scalable models that connect ecology with economics. This training sharpened my focus on solutions that not only green cities, but also generate measurable revenues, biodiversity uplift, and long-term ecological value.
Today, through ROSIDS, my mission is to transform abandoned and vacant lands into biodiverse, aromatic, and economically viable landscapes. I advocate for advanced land-use technologies, soil regeneration practices, and strategic partnerships that enable cities, investors, and buyers to unlock hidden value in idle land. I am working to shift green infrastructure from a cost center into a regenerative asset for both people and the planet.
