Next-Generation RNA Design Engine
About
We aim to advance our synthetic RNA design platform by integrating high-resolution experimental datasets into a continuously learning design engine. By leveraging the rich, proprietary data generated through our multiplexed and tunable RNA systems, we will refine predictive algorithms to improve target specificity, silencing efficiency, and programmability. This project will transform our current design framework into a data-driven, adaptive platform capable of accelerating the development of highly precise RNA effectors. We are seeking collaborators with expertise in computational biology, machine learning, or high-throughput data generation to co-develop the next generation of RNA design tools.
