About
Ascentium Talent delivers AI Avatar roleplay-based sales training for pharmaceutical commercial teams — enabling reps to practice HCP interactions at scale, with structured behavioural scoring and auditable outcomes. The platform is deployed across 9 of the Top 10 global pharma companies (APAC), with 40+ active deployments.
We are actively building our EMEA commercial presence from our Swiss base and are looking for two types of partners:
Pharma organisations: Co-development of EMEA pilot programmes with internal Medical Affairs, Sales Excellence, or L&D teams. We bring validated methodology, rapid deployment, and ROI measurement infrastructure.
Channel/distribution partners: Consultancies, CROs, medical communication agencies, or training providers with established pharma client relationships in EMEA interested in a co-sell or referral arrangement.
Our platform supports EU AI Act compliance, GDPR, and pharma-specific regulatory requirements (MLR, AE/PC capture awareness).
