I bring a breadth of experience spanning biotech, genomics, digital health, and emerging technology to board and NED engagements. Through my consultancy, I have advised early-stage and high-growth companies across product strategy, commercialisation, fundraising, and go-to-market execution.

I am particularly well-suited to organisations navigating the complexity of scaling a tech or biotech product, entering new markets, or preparing for investment rounds.

I take a hands-on, collaborative approach — offering not just strategic oversight but practical guidance grounded in decades of engineering, clinical, and commercial experience across global organisations.

Importantly, I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and do work; I prefer not to sit back and guide from afar unless that is specifically what the client requires!
