Let me be direct: innovations don’t sell themselves. Not even great ones. I work with companies that already have outstanding products—real innovation, real quality—but still struggle to turn that into customers and revenue. Because market success is never just about the product, it’s always about two things: the innovation itself and the ability to consistently acquire customers.

And this is where most companies fail. The product is already 1A—you don’t need to fix that.
