ADAPFI SAS is a French deep-tech SME based near Toulouse, developing adaptive and confidence-aware artificial intelligence for complex dynamic systems.

Its expertise includes adaptive modelling, state estimation, multimodal data fusion, longitudinal prediction, anomaly detection, uncertainty quantification and intelligent decision support. ADAPFI’s technologies are designed to remain reliable when data are noisy, incomplete, heterogeneous or affected by changing conditions.

In healthcare, ADAPFI develops solutions for predictive biomarkers, personalised medicine, Virtual Human Twins, treatment-response prediction and the monitoring of biotherapies. Its confidence-aware architecture can detect unreliable predictions and abstain or revert to predefined clinical strategies when the available evidence is insufficient.

ADAPFI is seeking cooperation with hospitals, clinical research centres, universities, biotechnology companies and health-data organisations possessing longitudinal cohorts, multimodal biomarkers, omics, imaging or treatment-response data. The objective is to jointly develop and validate trustworthy AI solutions for Horizon Europe Cluster 1 projects addressing chronic diseases, healthy ageing, personalised therapies and clinical decision support.
