Lift

Lift automates finance document processing for accounting firms and document-heavy businesses.

Instead of simply extracting text from invoices, receipts and supplier documents, Lift prepares accounting-ready drafts for review inside systems such as Xero, Business Central and similar accounting or ERP platforms.

Users can upload or drop batches of documents into a folder, then Lift processes them asynchronously without needing someone to attend the workflow. It identifies valid accounting documents, filters out duplicates, routes rejected or unsupported files separately, extracts key fields, attaches the source document, interprets VAT, detects payment terms, captures line items, and maps transactions to the correct tax codes and chart of accounts.

Lift is designed for real-world accounting work, not generic AI extraction. It supports documents in multiple languages, handles messy supplier formats, and can apply per-business rules such as VAT treatment policies, tax-code mappings, chart-of-accounts preferences, and document-specific posting behaviour.

The result is a cleaner, faster review workflow where accountants and finance teams spend less time preparing documents manually and more time checking, approving and advising.
