Lift is a finance document automation platform for accounting firms and document-heavy businesses.
It turns invoices, receipts and supplier documents into review-ready accounting drafts inside systems such as Xero, Business Central and similar accounting or ERP platforms.
Lift goes beyond generic AI extraction. It does not simply read a document and return fields. It processes document batches asynchronously, identifies valid accounting documents, filters duplicates, routes rejected or unsupported files separately, extracts key fields, captures line items, interprets VAT treatment, detects payment terms, attaches the source document, and maps transactions to the correct tax codes and chart of accounts.
It is designed for real-world finance workflows where documents arrive in different formats, languages and levels of quality. Lift can also apply per-business accounting rules, including VAT policies, tax-code mappings, supplier-specific treatment and account-coding preferences.
The result is a cleaner review workflow where accountants and finance teams spend less time preparing documents manually and more time checking, approving and advising.
