ABM Consulting is a boutique financial advisory and AI-automation firm based in Prishtina, Kosovo, serving clients across the Western Balkans and internationally.

We combine two things that rarely live in one firm:

• Finance expertise — fractional CFO & controller services, accounting and IFRS reporting, tax compliance and structuring, business valuation and M&A support, and company formation in Kosovo.

• AI automation delivery — we implement the workflows ourselves: invoice and document processing, automated financial reporting, real-time BI dashboards, and integrations with QuickBooks, Xero and Zoho.

Who we want to meet at GITEX:

1. Companies expanding into Kosovo & the Western Balkans — we handle entity formation, tax/VAT registration, accounting, payroll and ongoing compliance, so you enter the market without building a local back office.

2. Fintech & document-AI vendors (invoice extraction, e-invoicing, reporting/BI) — we implement and resell in the Balkans, and are actively selecting 2–3 partner programs this year.

3. Regional consultancies, incubators and M&A advisors — referral partnerships for valuation, due diligence and fractional CFO work.
