lextrace is a Berlin-based startup developing an AI-native GRC companion (agent) for organizations adopting, deploying, or providing AI.

We help teams turn complex AI governance, risk, compliance, and assurance work into a structured, guided workflow. lextrace starts with the AI use case as the core unit of work, then helps organizations capture context, understand applicable obligations, coordinate stakeholders, reuse evidence, prepare compliance outputs, and monitor changes across the AI lifecycle.

Our vision is to become the orchestration layer between AI teams and the growing trust, risk, and compliance stack. Instead of treating compliance as a static checklist or late-stage blocker, lextrace helps Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Security, Compliance, and Leadership work from the same source of truth.
