Design partner project: map one AI use case into a reusable trust record

About

lextrace is looking for project cooperation partners for an early adopter and design-partner programme around practical AI governance.

AI teams are moving from experimentation to governed production. But many organizations still struggle to answer basic use-case-level questions: Who owns this AI system? Who reviews its output? What data is used? Which risks apply? What evidence needs to exist as the system changes?

lextrace addresses this through the Human Responsibility Chain: visible human ownership, review, evidence and ongoing oversight from idea to deployment and beyond.

For this project cooperation, we invite partners to bring one real AI use case. Together, we will map it into a structured trust record that can be reused across governance, compliance, procurement, audit and customer assurance workflows.

The cooperation can include:

  • mapping the AI use case context: purpose, users, sector, data, model, geography and deployment setting

  • identifying ownership and review roles across product, legal, risk, privacy, security and engineering

  • creating an initial Human Responsibility Chain for the use case

  • mapping evidence needs across EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF and GDPR

  • identifying missing evidence, review checkpoints and lifecycle monitoring triggers

  • testing how lextrace can turn obligations into owned tasks and reusable evidence

  • collecting feedback to improve the Trust Companion workflow, templates and partner playbooks

This is not a generic sales demo. It is a practical working cooperation around a real AI workflow.

We are especially interested in cooperation with:

  • AI startups and product teams preparing AI systems for EU deployment

  • corporates and innovation teams moving AI pilots into production

  • legal, risk, compliance, privacy and security teams building repeatable AI governance processes

  • law firms, consultancies and audit partners who want to operationalize AI governance expertise

  • GRC, RegTech, LegalTech, MLOps and AI assurance platforms interested in integrations

  • research organizations, accelerators, public-sector innovation teams and ecosystem builders focused on trustworthy AI

Expected cooperation outcome:

A mapped AI use-case trust record, a clearer view of evidence requirements, and a potential path toward a design-partner pilot, technical integration, joint customer workflow or ecosystem partnership.

lextrace structures the work and keeps qualified experts in the loop. It does not replace professional legal, risk, security or compliance judgment.
