eMomentum: No dashboard prescriptive maintenance for industrial decarbonization

eMomentum is building the first "no-dashboard" prescriptive maintenance solution for rotative equipment, starting with water infrastructure.

Industrial operators manage critical electric motor driven equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, fans, compressors, chillers, conveyors, separators and decanters with limited visibility into how mechanical degradation affects energy efficiency, operating cost and CO₂ emissions. Failures are often detected too late, while early degradation silently increases energy consumption and maintenance risk.

Through non invasive sensors, AI driven diagnostics and expert validation, eMomentum detects early degradation, quantifies its impact on reliability, energy efficiency and emissions, and converts it into clear recommendations prioritized by downtime risk, ROI and ESG impact. Instead of forcing customers into another platform, insights are delivered directly into the tools and workflows maintenance teams already use.

The company has already generated revenue and reached 5+ water utilities across 10 sites. In one water pumping station, monitoring eight motor pump groups of around 2 MW each, the solution identified hidden degradation patterns, including two cases causing around 5% energy efficiency loss, achieving payback in around 20 days.
