Shadow-mode pilot cooperation for physical-asset risk monitoring

3BrainAI Nexus is looking for pilot cooperation with organisations that monitor physical assets, projects or infrastructure.

The goal is to validate whether fragmented project context, Earth Observation signals and operational data can be converted into short, readable Evidence Packs that support human review.

The pilot is designed as shadow-mode validation. Evidence Packs are used for review and learning only. They do not replace existing controls and do not affect live financial, operational or risk decisions.

A suitable pilot case may involve a construction project, infrastructure asset, industrial or logistics site, energy asset, brownfield, real-estate collateral asset or portfolio of monitored locations.

A typical cooperation can include:
- selecting one or more relevant cases,
- defining available project context and monitoring needs,
- calibrating risk windows and review expectations,
- generating Evidence Packs for a defined period,
- reviewing readability, usefulness and escalation logic with the partner team,
- deciding whether to refine, extend or commercialise the workflow.
