Internal tools and workflow automation for operations-heavy enterprises

About
For operations leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies — claims processing, vehicle warranty, regulated finance ops, e-commerce back-office, distribution and logistics — where the team's day is eaten by manual re-entry, ticket-driven processes, and Salesforce workarounds that should have been automation a year ago.
Lean in if any of these sound familiar:
-
Multiple disconnected systems for contracts, claims, customer data, and reporting means pulling CSVs from each.
-
Slow and inefficient claims or back-office workflows. Approvals sit in queues; processing time is measured in days.
-
Limited scalability for a growing customer base. The team grows with volume because the systems don't.
-
High dependency on manual operations and internal support teams. New hires spend their first month learning the workarounds.
-
Difficult onboarding of new partners and integrations. Each new partner is a custom project.
Not the right fit if:
-
You're cost-comparing against €25/hr offshore. We don't compete there.
-
You need ML modelling or data science as the core scope. Our stack is .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, Angular, React, Flutter — not Python ML.
What you get
A senior + mid + junior developer, plus design and QA as needed, owning delivery end-to-end. We Plan -> Design -> Execute -> Iterate, solving problems in the most direct way the system allows.
Scope groups around four deliverables:
-
Internal portals. Modern web portals for back-office and partner use, replacing the spreadsheet-and-email layer that the team currently runs on.
-
Workflow automation. Automate the manual handoffs — claims routing, approval chains, partner onboarding steps, exception handling — that currently sit in someone's inbox.
-
Data consolidation. Unify data flows across the disconnected systems. One reporting layer instead of five exports reconciled in Excel.
-
Platform architecture redesign. Where the underlying system is the bottleneck, redesign the core into service-oriented components hosted on Azure for performance and maintainability.
-
Ongoing engineering support. Post-delivery, we stay on to fix bugs and address issues as they surface.
Not included:
-
L1 helpdesk / 24-7 on-call. Password resets, user provisioning tickets, and similar user-request management stay with your team. We come in when a technical problem needs diagnosis and fixing.
-
Salesforce admin work or CRM configuration. Declarative config, flows, page layouts, permission sets. This falls into IT support and management.
-
License procurement and vendor contract negotiation. Azure, third-party APIs, SaaS subscriptions — you own the commercial relationships.
-
Compliance certification / audit attestation. We build to your stated compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI scope); we don't run the audit or sign the attestation.
-
Legal review of partner integration contracts. We integrate against the spec; data-sharing agreements and partner MSAs are best left to your legal team.
Pricing & commercial terms
All rates are EUR, per developer, per hour. One flat rate. No hidden fees. No tiered seniority pricing — a senior and a junior bill at the same rate.
-
Single Engineer — €70/hr. One embedded developer (senior, mid, or junior). 160 hrs/month, 1-month minimum. For filling one specific gap on your team.
-
Single Engineer — €50/hr. Same engineer, 3-month minimum instead of one. 160 hrs/month. The longer commitment is what brings the hourly rate down.
-
Full Team — €50/engineer/hr blended. Senior + mid + junior + design/QA as needed, with delivery ownership. 4-month minimum. For owning a workstream end-to-end — the scope this listing describes.
-
Team Long Term — custom rate. The Full Team on a 12-month commitment, 12-month minimum. This is the tier where the rate comes down further and the guardrails relax — we tailor the team to your needs. Operations modernization runs in years, not months; clients who commit to that horizon get the rate that reflects it, and they keep it.
EU-based, CET timezone, English fluent across the team. Stack: .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, Angular, React, RabbitMQ/Azure MQ.
FAQ
Why a 4-month minimum?
The first weeks are integration — your systems, your data, your domain language. Anything shorter and the integration cost eats the value for both sides.
You're more expensive than offshore.
We don't compete with €25/hr offshore. If that's your benchmark, we're not a fit. Our reference clients spent two years on offshore vendors before they came to us.
