About
Corvair Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore company working on agentic AI governance and AI-assisted invention. It was founded by Chris Jackson, who brings 35 years in enterprise data, analytics and AI. Mandar Dongare is co-founder and VP Engineering.
IPGuru.ai is Corvair's AI SaaS division, now spinning out as its own company. It is an AI invention studio that takes an idea from first spark to a validated invention, ready for a patent filing, a trade secret or product work. Users refine ideas with grounded research, virtual experts and live signal analysis. Brainstorming is free, and paid memberships and one-time projects apply when an idea is worth taking further. IPGuru serves individuals and also SMEs, universities and education providers. It is live in beta, launched in Singapore in September 2026, with India, Australia and the USA planned next, and it is raising a US$1M seed round.
Corvair's advisory practice helps banks and regulated enterprises govern autonomous AI agents. Its approach builds controls directly into the systems themselves, such as permission limits, audit trails and limits on how much damage an agent can do, rather than relying on written policy alone. The work rests on three patent applications filed in Singapore, covering agent governance, reasoning validity and auditable reasoning.
Corvair is looking for investors, corporate innovation teams, universities and channel or licence partners.
