60-day pilot: Mobilise talent for a strategic business priority

We are inviting a select number of corporates to explore a complimentary 60-day pilot focused on one clearly defined business priority. This could include mobilising talent for a transformation programme, finding people for strategic projects, building a new organisational capability or improving collaboration across business units.

For a focused employee cohort, the pilot can help the organisation:

• Identify employees with relevant or adjacent capabilities
• Connect people to priority projects and development opportunities
• Give employees greater visibility into how they can contribute and grow
• Generate practical insights to inform future workforce decisions

We will work with the participating organisation to define the use case, cohort and success measures before configuring the relevant Virkware capabilities. The pilot will be subject to mutually agreed scope, data readiness and terms.
