My current technical activities involve:
Model Integration: Setting up and evaluating SAM (Segment Anything Model) and YOLOv8 for specific tasks like industrial object detection and robotic perception.
Hardware-Software Bridge: Implementing vision pipelines on Linux/ROS2 systems for the TIAGo Pro robot.
IoT Deployment: Adapting telemetry and sensor data transmission for the agricultural sector (BIN Sp. z o.o.).
I am looking to discuss challenges related to model optimization for edge devices and moving from initial model integration to reliable, real-time robotic manipulation.
