AI audits in manufacturing environment

CEO at Entra Group

Gdańsk, Poland

About

We are developing an initiative focused on AI audits in manufacturing environments, especially for companies that are only beginning to explore the potential of artificial intelligence.

Our team brings over 20 years of experience in operational processes, including supply chain, production planning, inventory management, Lean improvement and process optimization in manufacturing companies. We understand the real business challenges, data limitations and operational constraints that often determine whether AI initiatives create value or remain only technical experiments.

We are looking for a technology or AI partner who can help us validate practical AI use cases for our clients. The goal is to combine our operational and consulting expertise with AI capabilities to identify realistic opportunities, assess readiness, prioritize initiatives and support manufacturers in building a clear roadmap for AI adoption.
