About
Innovative H2 Production and CO2-Neutral Polymer Processing Solution Utilizing Plasma Technology
We firmly believe our innovative offering is exceptionally relevant for German companies striving to achieve their sustainability objectives, as well those involved in the hydrogen (H2) business cycle, including producers, consumers, and other stakeholders.
This solution delivers a cutting-edge, cost-effective approach to hydrogen (H2) production while providing a CO2-neutral method for processing natural polymers and waste (resin, tires, PP,PE, etc and different organic polymer compounds - like wind turbine blades, airframes, etc) aligning seamlessly with ambitious environmental goals.
The proposed technology is very perspective for several reasons:
-
It provides an unprecedented efficiency of H2 production – consuming less energy than generated H2 ( instead of traditional generation of green H2 with max 70% efficiency )
-
Due to its high energy efficiency, it splits the carbon and hydrogen bonds in the raw material, resulting in H2 and C (dispersed carbon) which has wide application in various industries, instead of generating GHG emissions (like CO2) - this provides project with additional high return.
-
During the entire technological process, there are no CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
-
It turns the huge unsolved challenge of the recycling organic polymers (like used tires, PP, PE,etc ) into a profitable opportunity by providing a unique solution appropriate for the circular economy. (with very high efficiency of the use of the raw material)
-
It provides excellent credit for CO2 neutrality and sustainability.
