PAGANELLA SUNRISE
INCLUDED IN EVERY EDUCTOUR
We set off before dawn, heading high into the mountains to welcome the first light of day. As the sky changes colour, and weather permitting, you’ll witness the magical enrosadira —the Dolomites glowing in shades of pink and gold.
At Rifugio La Roda, a rich sweet and savoury breakfast awaits us, featuring homemade, locally sourced products (zero km), along with a steaming cappuccino or hot tea to warm up and acclimatise in the crisp morning air.

PAGANELLA SUNRISE + Giro del Vino 50 BY E-BIKE WITH WINERY TASTING
Guided e-bike experience along the “Giro del Vino 50”, a cycling route through vineyards, villages and landscapes of the Rotaliana Königsberg area.
In the heart of Trentino, this is where wines, grappa and local flavours are produced, expressing the identity of the territory. The full route is a circular itinerary of approximately 55 km, rideable year-round along cycle paths, secondary roads and country lanes. It is divided into two sections: a northern loop, flat and easy to ride, and a southern loop, more scenic and slightly more demanding due to some climbs.
For this experience, only the southern loop will be covered, made comfortable and accessible thanks to e-bike assistance, allowing participants to fully enjoy the landscape with ease. The tour includes two dedicated stops: a visit and wine tasting at a local winery, and lunch at a selected restaurant along the route, offering an active and immersive way to experience the connection between landscape, wine and local gastronomy.

PAGANELLA SUNRISE + TREKKING THROUGH THE LOWER BRENTA HUTS
We start from the Pradel plateau and gradually make our way into the deep breath of the Dolomites. Ahead of us is a four-hour hike that begins in the cool shade of beech forests and then opens onto exposed rock, along trails carved into the mountainside. From here, we take in the views of Croz dell’Altissimo and the striking vertical elegance of Campanil Basso.
Our route passes by Rifugio Croz dell’Altissimo and Rifugio Selvata, following mule tracks and scenic viewpoints that fully reveal the raw power of the Brenta range. It’s a meaningful loop filled with silence and intensity, leading us to the pastures of Malga Andalo and offering a glimpse of truly untouched nature.
When the hike comes to an end, the return is made easy: a Jeep taxi service will take us back, leaving only the memory of the dramatic peaks in our eyes.

We are accompanied by specialised guides who lead us along carefully designed trails to maximise the benefits of the forest, helping us restore balance and vitality.
