INCLUDED IN EVERY EDUCTOUR

We head up into the mountains very early, before sunrise. We take in the colours of the sky and, weather permitting, witness the enrosadira—the alpenglow on the Brenta Dolomites.

At Rifugio La Roda, a rich sweet and savoury breakfast awaits us, featuring homemade, locally sourced products (zero km), along with a steaming cappuccino or hot tea to warm up and acclimatise in the crisp morning air.

  • Difficulty: easy

  • What to bring: jacket

The route is a dynamic and refreshing descent along a forest road, passing through the picturesque pastures of Passo Sant’Antonio and the woods of Pian del Dosson, before ending in the heart of Andalo. A two-wheeled experience through endless panoramas and untouched nature, perfect for those looking for movement and authentic beauty.

B - E-Bike + Wine Tasting

PAGANELLA SUNRISE + Giro del Vino 50 BY E-BIKE WITH WINERY TASTING AND LUNCH

Guided e-bike experience along the “Giro del Vino 50”, a cycling route through vineyards, villages and landscapes of the Rotaliana Königsberg area.
In the heart of Trentino, this is where wines, grappa and local flavours are produced, expressing the identity of the territory. The full route is a circular itinerary of approximately 55 km, rideable year-round along cycle paths, secondary roads and country lanes. It is divided into two sections: a northern loop, flat and easy to ride, and a southern loop, more scenic and slightly more demanding due to some climbs.

For this experience, only the southern loop will be covered, made comfortable and accessible thanks to e-bike assistance, allowing participants to fully enjoy the landscape with ease. The tour includes two dedicated stops: a visit and wine tasting at a local winery, and lunch at a selected restaurant along the route, offering an active and immersive way to experience the connection between landscape, wine and local gastronomy.

  • Difficulty: EASY – suitable for participants with minimal cycling experience. The elevation gain is easily manageable thanks to e-bikes

  • Equipment included: e-bike and helmet

  • Required equipment: sportswear, closed-toe trainers, water bottle, sunscreen, and sunglasses

Lunch break at Locanda il Minatore, Faedo.

Paganella Bike Park is our gravity paradise! It features three connected bike park areas — Fai Zone, Andalo Zone, and Molveno Zone — all accessible with a single bike pass. We’ll find 80 km of singletrack trails and two epic enduro routes.

If we’re looking for a technical and demanding MTB experience to push gravity riding to the limit, this is the right activity.

  • Difficulty: Very difficult – downhill experience required.

  • What to bring: sportswear, trainers.

Lunch at Rifugio Meriz, Paganella.

D - Trekking

PAGANELLA SUNRISE + TREKKING THROUGH THE LOWER BRENTA HUTS

We start from the Pradel plateau and gradually make our way into the deep breath of the Dolomites. Ahead of us is a four-hour hike that begins in the cool shade of beech forests and then opens onto exposed rock, along trails carved into the mountainside. From here, we take in the views of Croz dell’Altissimo and the striking vertical elegance of Campanil Basso.

Our route passes by Rifugio Croz dell’Altissimo and Rifugio Selvata, following mule tracks and scenic viewpoints that fully reveal the raw power of the Brenta range. It’s a meaningful loop filled with silence and intensity, leading us to the pastures of Malga Andalo and offering a glimpse of truly untouched nature.

When the hike comes to an end, the return is made easy: a Jeep taxi service will take us back, leaving only the memory of the dramatic peaks in our eyes.

  • Difficulty: medium (short section with a safety cable) suitable for people without a fear of heights. Elevation gain +300 m.

  • What to bring: backpack with water bottle, windbreaker, sunscreen, hiking boots (not trainers), and suitable outdoor clothing.

PAGANELLA SUNRISE + FOREST BATHING IN PARCO DEL RESPIRO

In Fai della Paganella, we enter Parco del Respiro, a truly special place with exceptionally pure air. A beech forest filled with light and colour, dedicated to the practice of forest bathing.

We are accompanied by specialised guides who lead us along carefully designed trails to maximise the benefits of the forest, helping us restore balance and vitality. During this experience, the guide supports a deeper sensory connection with the environment, allowing us to breathe in the valuable monoterpenes released by the trees.

This is our journey into nature and wellbeing—an intentional, restorative immersion in the heart of the forest.

  • Difficulty: easy

PAGANELLA SUNRISE + ACTIVITIES AT LAKE MOLVENO

At the gateway to the central Brenta Dolomites, Molveno welcomes us with its perfect blend of nature, wellbeing, and ancient traditions. Here we find a place where every detail is designed for those, like us, who seek peace, relaxation, mountain walks, and freshwater sports.

At the heart of this destination lies Lake Molveno, for years awarded “Italy’s Most Beautiful Lake” and recognised by Legambiente and Touring Club Italiano with the prestigious Five Sails award.

Here we can choose how to enjoy the water at its best: relax on the beach—considered by many the most beautiful in Trentino—or head out onto the lake with a SUP, an electric pedal boat, or a canoe.

It’s our day of sport and tranquillity.
