About
Fresco Microwave Sensing is a technology enabling completely non-invasive inspection of internal quality of fresh fruit. Our sensors allow to quickly and non-destructively analyze large batches of fruit for their internal states related to maturity, ripeness and shelf-life. These information are fundamental to support decision making around harvest (i.e., harvest timing) as well as in the post-harvest phase, where depending on the crop we can support with storage rotation, artificial ripening evaluation, shelf-life tests, acceptance and compliance checks. We are looking for agrifood partners with challenges related to internal fruit quality evaluation open to innovation and to improve quality procedures with a novel solution.
