About
Talptech has developed a plug-and-play tractor kit built around two stereoscopic cameras and a powerful edge-computing processor. The system interprets canopy structure and crop development like an expert agronomist: it can make decisions in real time—adjusting sprayer or spreader parameters on the go to match orchard variability—or it can upload everything it “sees” to the cloud for deeper analysis.
This enables a full set of digital services, including traceability and georeferenced maps such as vigor maps, canopy volume/biomass maps, and fruit load maps, among others. As a result, any grower—regardless of technological expertise—can optimize input application, cut costs, and reduce environmental impact.
Our MVP has been validated in large farms with high technical capacity. We are now looking for small to medium-sized farms to test the solution under more typical operating conditions and gather the feedback needed to refine the product before market rollout.
Our next development phase will focus on two priorities: strength and simplicity—making the system even more robust in real farm conditions and even easier to use.
