TROS – Digital Infrastructure for Rural Needs, Resources and Opportunities
Independent Innovation Project Developer at Independent Innovation Projects

About
TROS is a mobile-first digital platform designed to connect rural people, producers, organisations, knowledge, services, resources and territories according to real intentions and needs.
Unlike a conventional marketplace, TROS starts from what a person or organisation wants to achieve. Its matching logic separates what they have, what they need, what they are willing to contribute and the resources that could help them move forward.
The core principle is:
INTENTION + NEED + COMPATIBLE RESOURCE = POTENTIAL MATCH
A useful match may connect a person with another person, an organisation, a professional service, a training opportunity, a public programme, a product, a territory or another relevant resource.
Potential applications include knowledge transfer, generational renewal, rural entrepreneurship, access to services, local products, shared resources, agricultural continuity and collaboration between rural and urban participants.
The existing prototype includes TROS Network, TROS Market and TROS Stay. Parts of the Network core already include authentication and backend persistence, while other areas remain at prototype or simulation stage.
I am looking for rural development organisations, cooperatives, universities, research centres, digital-platform specialists, pilot territories and partners interested in European collaborative R&D projects.
The immediate objective is to validate the matching model with real users and real rural scenarios, identify the most valuable use cases and determine which parts of the prototype should progress towards operational deployment.
