About

Tiga Information Technologies (TIGA) is a Türkiye-based health IT SME established in 2007, with offices in Ankara, London, Tallinn, Doha, and Riyadh, and a dedicated R&D centre located in Ankara Gazi Technopark. Over the years, TIGA has evolved beyond a conventional technology provider into a comprehensive digital health and innovation partner, combining strong technical implementation capacity with an extensive academia–industry collaboration ecosystem.

We designs and delivers large-scale, interoperable digital health platforms certified under ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 14001, and CMMI Level 3 standards. We have extensive experience in AI-driven healthcare analytics and decision support systems, including predictive analytics, synthetic data generation, large language model applications for health data, and AI-supported clinical decision-making tools. In parallel, we develop patient-centred digital and remote healthcare solutions such as Personal Health Records (PHR), e-Prescription systems, remote physiotherapy applications (Mobithera), elder care technologies, and gamified digital therapeutics designed to support home-based and preventive care models.

A core strength of us lies in health interoperability and secure health data exchange. We develop scalable infrastructures based on FHIR and SNOMED CT standards, enabling seamless integration between healthcare providers, institutions, and national-level health systems. TIGA has successfully implemented government-scale healthcare IT solutions serving more than 125 million individuals across Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, including national healthcare systems, pharmaceutical track-and-trace systems, and e-Prescription infrastructures.

Alongside its technical expertise, we are actively involved in multiple international and national R&D programmes, including Horizon Europe, Eureka-Eurostars, Erasmus+, and other collaborative funding schemes. Through long-standing strategic partnerships with universities and research institutions, we maintain close collaboration with multidisciplinary academic experts and research groups. This integrated structure enables the company to contribute not only as a software and infrastructure provider, but also as a reliable consortium partner capable of supporting scientific collaboration building, implementation-oriented innovation, pilot deployment, stakeholder engagement, and long-term impact generation.

Our ongoing implementations — including mobile health applications, kiosk-based systems, remote monitoring platforms, and integrated digital health ecosystems — provide validated, real-world experience in areas such as user engagement, gamification, synthetic data applications, AI-supported health services, and scalable digital innovation. These experiences position us strongly across the entire project lifecycle, from co-design and piloting to deployment and sustainability planning.

We are currently actively seeking consortiums for several upcoming European calls where we can contribute both technically and strategically as a comprehensive solution partner.

In particular, we are highly interested in the PARTICIPATION-03 call, “Understanding inhabitants’ experiences of neighbourhoods to support their health and well-being.” Within this context, we can also bring two potential pilot sites from Türkiye (along with a potential coordinator) together with relevant local stakeholders and partners, while contributing expertise in digital engagement tools, participatory data collection, AI-supported analytics, health and wellbeing monitoring, and citizen-centred digital solutions.
