About Tiga Healthcare Technologies

TIGA is a Türkiye-based digital health SME (est. 2007) with offices in Ankara, London, Tallinn, Doha, and Riyadh, and a dedicated R&D centre at Ankara Gazi Technopark. Certified to ISO 27001, 9001, 31000, 14001 and CMMI Level 3, TIGA develops large-scale, interoperable digital health platforms recognised by the United Nations (WSIS Prize), WHO, and the UK NHS Partnership Framework. Our systems power 250M+ daily health transactions across 80,000+ facilities, serving 125M+ patients and 246,000+ physicians globally.

Our R&D programme is supported by an Academic Advisory Board, two university-embedded Research Labs, and 20+ academic consultants. We have participated in Horizon Europe (AISym4MED, HIVEMIND, NanoLoom, OncoED), Eureka-Eurostars, and Erasmus+ projects.

What We Offer

TIGA's contribution is rooted in engineering expertise: having designed some of the world's largest national health IT systems, we can develop purpose-built, research-grade platforms tailored to a CARMEN2026 consortium's needs. We do not provide access to national health databases, but offer the technical depth to build the digital infrastructure a project requires.

Research-grade interoperability & data integration — Drawing on our HIE and FHIR/SNOMED CT experience, we can build customised data integration platforms enabling harmonisation of multi-source clinical data across partner sites, supporting multi-omics integration and cross-country data workflows.

AI, predictive analytics & clinical decision support — Building on ShareMind and Predis, we can develop project-specific ML models for risk stratification, disease progression prediction, and biomarker identification, alongside NLP, synthetic data generation, and agentic AI for clinical reasoning.

Medication management & pharmacovigilance tools — Drawing on national e-Prescription and Drug Data Management experience, we can build research modules for medication compliance tracking, multi-medication adverse effect analysis, and dose optimisation within the consortium's cohorts.

Cohort monitoring & chronic disease platforms — We can develop patient stratification dashboards and longitudinal monitoring tools for cardiovascular, metabolic, and kidney disease research, including environmental risk factor integration.

Patient engagement & PRO collection — Building on e-Nabız (76M+ users) and Mobithera, we can develop research-specific PRO collection apps and patient engagement tools aligned with EP PerMed's patient involvement requirements.

Translation to clinical practice — As an industry partner with national-scale implementation experience, we contribute meaningfully to the mandatory translational work package, bringing expertise on regulatory pathways, health system integration, and scalability.

Data privacy & compliance by design — All platforms incorporate GDPR-compliant data governance and our proprietary anonymisation tool (Autononym), ensuring safe handling of sensitive multi-omics and clinical data.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a transnational consortium requiring a technology development partner for research-grade digital health platforms and AI/ML tools, and industry expertise for the translational work package. We are particularly interested in projects addressing cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome, personalised treatment pathways, or AI-driven risk prediction. As a TUBITAK-eligible SME, TIGA can join as a funded consortium member.
