Genome-wide cfDNA liquid biopsy expertise for cancer screening validation and AI-driven biomarker development

Research & Innovation at GENETON

Bratislava, Slovakia

About

GENETON is developing GenoScan LB, a genome-wide liquid biopsy workflow designed for research and validation of minimally invasive cancer screening approaches based on plasma cfDNA analysis. The platform integrates shallow whole-genome sequencing (sWGS), copy-number variation profiling, fragmentomics and interpretable machine-learning models to generate integrated malignancy prediction scores from a single blood draw.

Our expertise covers:

  • plasma cfDNA processing and low-depth genome-wide sequencing workflows

  • genome-wide CNV and fragmentomic feature extraction

  • machine-learning integration of multi-feature cfDNA signals

  • longitudinal and screening-oriented biomarker analysis

  • study design and validation strategies for multi-cancer screening research

  • translational bioinformatics and AI collaboration

  • clinical and research partnerships around liquid biopsy implementation

GENETON contributes to international research initiatives including the PREDI-LYNCH consortium, focused on prediction of cancer onset in Lynch syndrome through genome-wide cfDNA analysis and ML-oriented evaluation.

We are interested in collaborations related to:

  • multicenter screening studies

  • translational oncology research

  • investment and commercialization discussions

  • EU consortia and Horizon projects
