I have 25 years of extensive experience in innovation management, including the first 3G Voice/Data call, spanning from global telemedicine initiatives to data-driven projects. I specialize in technology transfer and licensing, serving as a member of the Wireless Body Area Network Task Group 6 (WBAN TG6) since 2011. Successfully established a Horizon Consortium comprising 15 research and development organizations across Europe and Japan. On the 27th of January 1997, we achieved the world's first 3G Voice and Data call at YRP. I speculated that we could transmit 'olfaction' via mobile networks to receivers using the same code division packet data transmission method. Today, three Japanese companies introduced the olfactory system transmission via mobile with similar approaches. I regret that I never tried to realize these ideas, and I would like to realize the solution to address the most unmet public health needs.
