Multimodal Computational Pathology for Medical Learning Systems
Director, National Center of Pathology (VUHSK) at Vilnius University
Vilnius, Lithuania
About
Development of computational pathology models in tumor and non- tumor pathology.
https://vpc.lt/computational-pathology.html
Synergy of routine bright field pathology images and label-free microscopy imaging techniques for machine learning-based predictive models is investigated. Both mechanistic and deep learning-based methods will serve to select the most informative ensembled models. The generated outputs will be integrated into the hospital and nationwide medical learning systems, including the Vilnius University medical campus and the State Data Agency in Lithuania.
