1. Project Title / Call

Project Title: MENTA-FIT4YOUTH – Sport as a Preventive Intervention for Adolescent Mental Health
2. Who We Are
👋 We are a team of researchers and practitioners from a private higher education institution in Poland, with expertise in pedagogy, physical education, and physiotherapy. Our interdisciplinary team combines academic knowledge and practical experience in youth education, well-being, and mental resilience. We work closely with local schools and educational stakeholders to implement inclusive and innovative educational solutions.
3. Our Expertise Relevant to the Project
We bring the following key areas of expertise:

Design and implementation of interdisciplinary training programs for teachers and school staff.

Experience in educational innovation, especially integrating physical activity into mental health support.

Expertise in youth mental health, resilience training, and psychosocial development.

Strong background in developing teacher competencies and student-centered education.

Experience with the use of digital tools in education and monitoring well-being.
4. Experience in EU-Funded Projects
📣 We have successfully implemented EU-funded educational projects, such as:
"Szkoła Perspektyw" (FEWM.06.01-IP.01-0006/24) – co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus.
The project focuses on improving teacher competencies and implementing pedagogical innovations in 48 public primary schools in the Warmia and Mazury region (2024–2027).

5. What We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for:

Partners (we are open to joining as a partner, not as coordinator).

Organizations with expertise in:

Digital mental health tools (e.g., app development, AI-supported interventions).

School-based psychological services.
-
Sports-based youth interventions.
-
Monitoring and evaluation of educational and health outcomes.

Ideal partners: NGOs, research institutes, digital innovation hubs, school networks, and public health agencies.
6. Project Stage: Early stage – we are currently at the concept development phase and open to co-designing the proposal with interested partners.
