Dehesa de Los Llanos is the proud producer of the World Champion Cheese 2012 in the World Cheese awards (UK). Our Family owned farm was established in the XVII century and is a 10.000 Ha. Estate. We use 5.000 Ha. to grow mainly cereals, animal feeding and many other vegetables and fruits. Our identity as producers is: - We are breeders. We have 4.500 Manchega sheeps, 90% of their feed is grown in the farm. - To produce this Farmhouse cheese, we only use raw milk from our flock. - Our cheese has no additives, we don’t use egg lysozyme nor sodium chloride. - It is the traditional Manchego cheese which is made from raw milk and natural rind with a unique personality. - We taste and select all our batches to offer you only our best quality standards. As suppliers we can offer you: -       First producer of artisan Manchego. -       BRC and IFS certificates. -       We adapt the formats to the legislation of your country and to your commercial needs. -       Supply guarantee and price stability. -       Experience: we currently provide: In Spain: El Corte Inglés and Carrefour.
