Nicola Zammit

Nicola Zammit has cooked since age 14. She worked in Michelin Star Kitchens in Dublin, London, and Sydney. She opened a successful restaurant in rural France near Chablis with her husband after spending a year there. Nicola was on the Irish Culinary team for 4 years, winning numerous international medals. She and her husband Josef own the award-winning Two Cooks Restaurant in Kildare and the iconic Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant in Wexford, along with two cafes in both locations. She taught professional courses at a private Culinary School in Dublin for 7 years.
