I am a senior project manager who has dedicated the entire professional life in exploring technology innovations to identify strategies, roadmaps and alliances to support scaling up.

I have been working for multinational companies until 2013 when I joined NSBProject to lead a team of business and engineering experts who are focused on technology scouting and transfer.

My team and I work on a daily basis to explore innovations and transfer them to market. To do this, we have developed 1) a method to fully support the development of innovative technologies (starting from any TRL level) keeping an eye on every possible application & exploitation scenarios. The method has been already used to support 134 SMEs in their technology transfer challenges; 2) a tool to explore the international technology landscape, compare existing knowledge and solutions, create benchmarks and use them to guide enterprises and R&D organizations in planning new projects and investments

We have a long track record of successful use cases & pilot scenarios that have been successfullly developed with and without granted projects. We have a wide European network of industry players, R&D organizations and "end-users" that can be involved to define and validate specific business cases.

The domains covered include: smart manufacturing and sustainable production systems, healthcare technologies, biomaterials and circular approaches, agri-food value chain.
